- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise. We obtain and store on your device (“cache”) your location. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.

Such an offer wall may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our application(s). A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward.
5) How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6) What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “Contact Information” below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “Contact Information” below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

- Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
- Contact us using the contact information provided.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at support@linsrestaurantinc.com.
7) Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

Third-party vendors may use these technologies to serve ads on your behalf across the internet. You can manage your preferences for targeted advertising through your browser or device settings or through opt-out tools offered by certain third-party advertisers.
10) How To Exercise Your Rights
To exercise these rights, you can contact us by emailing us at support@linsrestaurantinc.com, through the app, or by referring to the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
11) Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.
12) Appeals
Under certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at support@linsrestaurantinc.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
13) Data Security
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
14) International Data Transfers / Notice to Non-US Residents
We may transfer your personal information to countries other than the one in which you reside for processing. If your personal information is transferred internationally, we ensure that adequate protections are in place to safeguard it in accordance with applicable laws.
The Services are also not intended for persons not resident in the U.S. Nonetheless, users outside of the United States are advised that the Sites and the services advertised on the Sites are targeted for users in California, United States of America. Please be aware that if you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, any information you enter on the Sites will be transferred outside of the country where you are to the United States of America, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required in the country where you reside. European Union residents, in particular, are advised that the United States of America uses a sectoral model of privacy protection that relies on a mix of legislation, governmental regulation, and self-regulation. Article 26 of the European Union’s Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC, 1995 O.J. (L 281) 31) allows for transfer of personal data from the European Union to a third country if the individual has unambiguously given his consent to the transfer of personal information, regardless of the third country’s level of protection. By using the Sites or by contacting us through a contact form, you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States of America which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required in the European Union and to the processing of that information by us on our servers located in the United States of America in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
15) Data Minimization
We are committed to ensuring that we only collect the minimum amount of personal information required to provide you with our services. We avoid the collection of sensitive information unless necessary for specific services (such as payment details for orders).
16) Transparency of Data Sharing
We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing our services, such as payment processors, email marketing platforms, or delivery service partners. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it solely to provide services on our behalf.
17) California “Shine the Light” Rights
Subject to certain limitations under California’s Shine the Light law, California residents may contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy to request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed certain personal information for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. The information we will provide will describe our general practices in the prior calendar year and will not be specific to you.
Your request should indicate that you are a California resident, and you must provide your full current California address, to which we will send our response. Your inquiry must specify “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line of the email or the first line of the letter, and include your California address. We are only required to respond to one such request per individual each year. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
18) California Privacy Rights

In general, it takes up to 10 days for an Opt-Out request to take effect, but may sometimes take longer. A third party’s use of your personal information is subject to their privacy policy.
We may request authentication or verification of your request to opt-out, for example, by requesting that you re-enter your email address or other PI, by requiring authorized agents of a user to provide additional PI of the user and authorizing documents to confirm their authorization by the user, or by sending a confirmation email to a you that you must confirm prior to the Opt-Out request taking effect.
Users may opt out from the collection of online viewing data for behavioral advertising purposes by companies who have elected to participate in one of the behavioral advertising opt-out mechanisms such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out program. As is the case with most websites, we have not elected to participate in any of these programs at this time, and such opt-outs will not constitute an Opt-Out request under this Policy.
You may disable cookies, web beacons, and other technological means placed by our Affiliates and third party partners by adjusting their browser or email client settings. You may also opt out from the collection of online viewing data for analytics purposes performed by Google Analytics by going to Ad Settings under your Google account. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable user request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our (their) records, unless an exception applies; provided, however, that in some cases, strictly for regulatory compliance purposes and to better evidence/honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests (and for no other purposes), we may retain certain items of your personal information on a de-identified and aggregated basis in such a manner that the data no longer identifies you.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our obligations in connection with our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

- Sending your request in writing via U.S. mail to: J-Lin’s MGT Inc., 5150 N Sixth St., Ste. 113, Fresno, CA 93710.
Only a California resident or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that is authorized by a California resident to act on their behalf may make a verifiable California user request related to their personal information. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by contacting us at support@linsrestaurantinc.com with the subject “Proxy Request” together with detailed information about you. Please note that we will take steps to verify any such request with you, and may deny the request if it cannot be verified.
California residents may only make a verifiable user request for access twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable user request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are: (1) the California resident about whom we collected personal information; or (2) an authorized representative; and
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable user request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable user request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
California users may designate an authorized agent under the CCPA to act on their behalf by sending a letter to the email or postal addresses above with a signed letter that includes the name, email address, and date of birth of the user for verification, along with either the user’s signed designation of the authorized agent or a court order or similar legal document designating the authorized agent as acting for the user (for example, a power of attorney or letters testamentary).
F. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to all verifiable user requests within forty-five (45) days of the receipt thereof. If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the receipt of your verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable user request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
G. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against California residents for exercising any of their privacy rights set forth above. In particular, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services;
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;

- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
19) Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
20) Mobile Device Permissions
When you use our mobile app, we may request access to certain features on your device, such as location services, camera, or microphone. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings.
21) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post any updated policies on this page, and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after changes are made will signify your acceptance of those changes.
22) Governing Law / Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy, and any disputes arising out of it, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, regardless of its conflict of law principles.
WHEN YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF USE. THAT SECTION INCLUDES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (1) THAT CERTAIN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS OF THE COUNTY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA; (2) THAT YOUR CLAIM(S) WILL BE FOREVER WAIVED AND BARRED UNLESS FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE TIME IN WHICH THE EVENT(S) GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM(S) BEGAN; (3) THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR MULTI-PARTY ARBITRATION BROUGHT AGAINST US, ANY PERSON OR ENTITY RELATED TO US, OR A SERVICE PROVIDER USED BY US TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES; AND (4) THAT YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CLAIMS AGAINST US TRIED TO A JURY.
